I don't want to get in to specifics for this season since a lot of it was uneventful and frustrating at times. Schnieder had many great games even though he has gone 0-6-2 in the last 8 games. The defense has shown some bright spots. Ryder and Havalat were non factors this season. And Zubrus, Ruutu and Fraser....
I had fun with many of you. We had some great game day threads and discussions. Some threads that had nothing to do with hockey but consisted about discussion on the Superbowl, hobbies, or world stories. It would be great to get a poll going for the best game day thread of the season. Those of you who did one took the time out of your day. Sometimes when the games were not meaningful and the team was out of the play offs.
Finally remember that,
"The only good thing about hitting rock bottom is that it can't get any worse, you can only go up."
Have we hit rock bottom? I personally think that next year will be a bit worse before contracts expire and the team can start getting better.
