Hang on, there's got to be a weighted scale IMO this year, otherwise it's just going to be a deluge of Seguin/Benn picks every game again.

Last season's goals:

37 - Seguin
34 - Benn
23 - Spezza
17 - Garbutt
16 - Eakin
16 - Cole
14 - Nichushkin
14 - Roussel
13 - Hemsky
9 - Daley
8 - Sceviour
7 - Peverley
7 - Horcoff
6 - Goligoski
6 - Fiddler
6 - Dillon
3 - Jo Benn
2 - Gonchar
2 - Eaves
1 - Connauton

So let's say the median is roughly Sceviour. Because there are about 20 players at a time, let's make 10 points the baseline value for a correct median guess. So you pick Sceviour, you get 10 points. If you picked Connauton, you get 20 points. If you picked Seguin you get 1 point. And so on.

So under this scheme, the players would be worth the following:

(I'm going to use some common sense license here, for example Sceviour shouldn't be worth more than Daley due to how few games he played, and Eakin will get the tiebreaker over Cole)
