We are going to the playoffs! I am not worried about that.

As for the future, I believe in what Bergevin is going, you can tell that he is building through the draft ONLY and has a plan to weed out distractions, bad apples, players with off ice issues and players with NO character.

I honestly really like the direction this team has taken lately.. If we extrapolate a bit we could end up with a very homogenous line up in terms of size. As opposed to other fans, I am not disappointed to have a few small players on the team and when you look at it a little closer, we won't be THAT small. (sorry for the LW/RW LD/RD I am writing this from my phone and do not have the patience to look up for them !)

Pacioretty - Galchenyuk - Gallagher (two guys with size along with a hardworking pest)

2nd line (many candidates)

Bozon/Hudon/ Thomas/ Collberg on the wings with Eller in the center.

As you guys might notice, I am being very prudent here by excluding McCarron and JDR of our top 6. The second line could be somehow small but Eller has a large frame.

Third line :
McCarron - Vail/Bournival - Leblanc/ JDR

McCarron and JDR have large frames and Bournival is a fearless player. Leblanc is excellent along the boards so interesting 3rd line.

As for the 4th line, I won't put too much work on it because it will probably consist of specialists picked up through waivers or on the market.

Subban - Tinordi (solid top pairing with an edge)

Beaulieu - Emelin (pmd with physical beast

Nygren/Gorges/Thrower/Pateryn are all candidates for the 3rd pairing. None of our top 4 defensemen is under 6'.
