if I'm just going through the lineups roster spot by roster spot, I really like the advantages Seattle has with Broten, Maxwell, Klapac, Fonteyne and Zubrus, while Widing, Kelly, Morrison and Moreau look really good in their roles compared to their Seattle counterparts.

I'm finding it really hard to choose between the defense corps, goalies and coaching staffs. I will say that Seattle appears deeper on D, having Brendan Witt ready to step in as opposed to the relatively untested Salming, but that's a minor quibble.

Id say top-6 advantage to Seattle
Bottom-6 advantage to Quinte
Defensemen advantage Quinte
I have no idea who has the best goalie.
Coaching is a wash I think
