honest question, why do people think colbourne is going to be the 2nd line center? He played good in 1 playoff game, but I mean he is anything but proven in the nhl, I highly doubt that that happens
Are you talking about the depth scoring line or the shut down line? If Colborne is going to be on the shut down line, he'll be a second liner. On the other hand, Kadri's line will be the depth scoring/ second line. During the regular season and the playoffs, the shut down line was given more minutes than the depth scoring line.
Assuming that Colborne is on the depth scoring line. It's either Kadri goes to the top scoring line or Joe is on the wing. I'm not so sure if Kadri is ready.
Assuming Bozak resigns:
Top scoring line: JVR - Bozak - Kessel
Shut down line: Colborne - Grabovski - Kulemin
Depth scoring line: Lupul - Kadri - Frattin
Fourth line: Komarov - McClement - Orr
If Bozak leaves:
JVR - Grabovski - Kessel ( two-way C who we know can handle top lines)
Colborne/ Mc - McClement/ Colb - Kulemin ( shut down line, but as Randy said, offensive production will be expected).
Lupul - Kadri - Frattin ( depth scoring)
Komarov - X - X ( Energy/ Kids)
Orr
