With Malone coming up I'd bet our bottom two lines look like this:

Olver-Johnny Malkin-Hejduk
Highlander-Malone-Borde

There's no reason to have Bordeleau in the line up, he's useless. Kobasew is an effective bottom six winger and he should be playing.

If Sacco makes the smart decision and makes Bordeleau a healthy scratch, it's going to be a very good opportunity for Malone. Hopefully he can take advantage of it.

that puts either Olver or Kobasew in Downie's current spot

wouldn't mind seeing a 4th line of Bordy/Koba-Malone-McLeod

Well we are one injury away from Kobasew back on Stastny's line. Sucks for downies development, missed all that time when he entered the league and was still fully insane, now another season hurt.

and he cost us the 1st one.

He hurt us quite a bit with his stupid penalties but it's still only two games. He had shoulder surgery in the summer, didn't play anywhere during the lockout, and a week of training camp. Some guys like Duchene, Landeskog, EJ, Mitchell, etc look great but it'll take others some time to get going. Unfortunately, we won't see Downie again until October.

Just another thing to fire Sacco for. Says Downie won't be taking stupid penalties anytime soon, next thing you know he's done for the season. I hope no one else on the team feels the wrath of Sacco.
