Forward Carl Klingberg of Sweden talks about his team's 6-5 win over Canada.
Didn't get to watch the game saw he had two goals. Did he play good othr than the goals?
Could these not just all go in one thread?
He actally played fantastic. Must do him good to be a important player in a team unlike in Frölunda where he plays around 7-8 minutes per game.
Was awarded player of the game. Also had a shot in the post shortly before his second goal.
True, but his game is also so much more suited for the smaller rink.
I also think he put on a bit too much muscle during the summer which made him loose much of his speed, but his legs are slowly starting to catch up by now.
Thanks guys. Look forward to him in Atlanta.
His brother played great too.
Which one is the defensemen? I thought the D one, #9 or whatever, has looked awesome.
John is the D. Doesn't play much D, though.
He the defence man that made the SEL?
They are all in the SEL, so yes
Been a big fan of Calle Klingberg for quite some time. Works hard, hits hard, scores and is a character guy who seems to be very well liked in the dressing room. There is some question marks about his ability to put up points since he hasn't been able to do that for Frölunda this year but he hasn't been given a real shot to prove his worth either.
I hope he can become a Hörnqvist type of player in the NHL.
Heard something about one of them making it as a teenager or something, a rare feat?
