    Marian Hossa? Amazing player. Joe Thornton? Even more amazing. Almost all 20 of those players have had an good career so far. I'm not sure about Laaksonen or Tallinder since I've never really were interested in them..

    either way 1997 is still better

    Same here. I think 1997 is a bit ahead of the rest for now. 1996 is also pretty weak in comparison.

    The bottom half of the top20 of 1998 might be a little better and once add Gagné it makes things interesting, but I'd still pick 1997.
