Yes Chavez gave up the home run but the runners were Stroman's responsibility as he put them on board.

I am a big fan of Stroman but the fact is he was not sharp, he was lucky to came out with no decision (so there is no need to defend him). He was leading by 5 runs and then you put on 3 runners with no body out, with my experience relievers do not come out of these situations

I hate when Gibbons doesn't tell them to score 9. Like, why not? What are you saving those runs for?

They are figuring out their middle relief right now. The way Gavin Floyd has pitched, maybe they give him the ball next time in a tight spot instead of Chavez. Storen and Cecil are also better than what they have shown early. We need to let things settle down.
