I agree. Goldobin clearly has skill enough to play in the NHL but really needs to round out aspects of his game. That being said, with the current makeup of the Barracuda I'm not sure it's a great place to prepare him for the NHL (not that there are other options)
Now if Zubrus can be a viable 4C (questionable) or Smith can work his way into the lineup in that role, I'd be much more favorable of sending both Tierney and Goldobin down together.
Essentially, it would be nice if Goldobin had some fairly talented linemates to play with when on the Baracuda, and Tierney looks like he needs some time to work things out.
Yea, it'd probably be best if they get sent down as a duo. That way they actually have competent scorers to work with.
