When Eichel just had the breakaway i thought here we go but instead of scoring , which i expected , he randomly lost the puck . Might be a good sign ?

Gotta say i did not expect Gemel Smith to play this well. Small-ish Energy player but allways finds way to make an impact. Pretty suprising . Didn't think he could stick around in the NHL .

I mean 2 years ago he played ECHL because he couldn't stick around with Texas ...

Also Faksa and apparently Pitlick are injured now . Great ... Starting to pile up a bit with the injuries . Hopefully nobody has anything serious especially Faksa. Looked really bad when he left the ice .

That injury looked like Faksa could be done for the season, but supposedly it's just day-to-day. Guess it's just a painful, swollen sprain instead of a tear, so got lucky on that one.
