The aim of our tournament is to raise money for cancer research as part of the 25toLife group, an independent fundraiser for the Canadian Cancer Society led by SFU Beedie students. Our semester goal is $30k. We'll be having 2 NHL (1 on Nov. 11 & 1 on Nov. 12) tournaments and 4 Halo 5 (2 on Nov. 11 & 2 on Nov. 12) tournaments.
We have a list of prizes on our Eventbrite (http://gaming-for-life.eventbrite.com) that include Canucks tickets in section 108 on Nov. 29 against the Wild. In addition to the tournament we also have a raffle - $5 a ticket - with Vega supplements packages and EA games like Battlefield One.
