Usually plus/minus can be flawed but it's been kinda the telling tale of how players have been so far this season.

Carolina is going to have a beastly defense in the future. They are all 6'3, 210+ lbs skilled and about the same age. They found Slavin in the fourth round and Faulk in the 2nd round - that's good value to complement their high pick 1st rounders: Fleury / Hanifin. Plus they still have Jake Bean simmering in the minors.
