I think this will be a pretty boring game but hopefully we continue improving!

Bet our PK and Rask's stats would look nicer with Boychuk on our 2nd pairing. Surely could have moved him later if we lined up another trade -- how much cap space have we saved with him gone for the first 7 games?

Bobby would get the John Scott special as well. He just holds his smaller opponent down and hits down. Pretty sad, and a bit cheap. Doesn't belong in the NHL, no different than a Laraque except a worse fighter if that's possible and maybe even worse at hockey.

He took a penalty once which, ya know, nobody else on the Bruins has every done. Caron certainly didn't take dozens of stupid offensive zone penalties last year.

Man I hope this team shows up and plays a full sixty minutes. Seems like the team is prone to slow starts and or bad finishes.

There is still a giant Boychuk sized hole on the second pair and I think the team needs a solid RW and none of the prospects seem able to jump in and fill it, but at least the team has scored more than 2 goals in its last couple of games. Baby steps.

Just win in regulation against a good opponent. So far a win against Philly and Buffalo doesn't ease my concerns about this team. A convincing win here will do wonders for theirs and our confidence.

Sad and Cheap? so now its his fault he's 6 foot 7 or however tall he is? Look down a bit on this thread.. he got planted by smaller fighter.

The Sharks are a great team IMO, Justin Braun has really become a player...loved him back at my umass days, knew his ex fiancee and he really struggled to become a pro on and off the ice...great to see him rewarded.
