Whelp, let's get the post game, season long thread going.
Started out in the toughest of venues, in the defending champs lair. Predictably, the team didn't win, but in fairness, there was some good out there to counter balance the loss.
Power play is dynamite.
Goaltending is sporadically unpredictable.
Defense is bad.
Honestly, those 3 things were glaringly obvious.
I made some points on the game thread, but honestly....Connor Carrick making this team, out of the blue, as a 19yr old 5th rounder.....what exactly does that say about the established defenders?
Ouch, defense. Ouch. (And side note, Erat on the 4th line? How long til he demands another trade??)
