According to Eronko, Zacha agreed on a 1 year deal with Omsk.
NHL rumors: Devils’ Pavel Zacha agrees to terms on KHL deal | What it means
So, is this a negotiation tactic, or is he gone? One would wonder he would learn from cases such as Sobotka, who is a shade of his pre-KHL self. But obviously getting few bucks more for one year in Russia is worth more than pushing for a top6 spot this year and establishing a proper NHL career. Don't think it's a smart move at this stage of his career unless he already knows he doesn't have what it takes to be more than 4th line plug. Nevertheless, he'll have troubles finding a job when he'll (inevitably) want to come back.
