Another bad asset Move by Dorion. - could of just put Brown on waivers and saved your 4th. Now we downgrade our draft position and you had a pay a Sanford a million more then he was worth.

Well, at least Pierre got rid of most of the size at forward. There are many success stories of teams with no size in the playoffs....at least back in the 1960s. I guess he is happy when Tkachuk has to step in over and over to defend teammates. Or maybe he thinks Brannstrom will start manning up.

I was thinking that after Paul was traded, Dorion would sign Sanford to keep some size on the roster. Not a great move but would be typical for Dorion.

To be fair to Sanford, I don't think he was ever happy with being traded to a small cold Canadian city.

So, the move to Winnipeg might rejuvenate him a bit.
