I had some time on my hands, so for fun I decided to put together the lines I'd like to see for the Olympic team:

    Gagne/Sakic/Iginla (best line last olympics)
    Staal/Spezza/Heatley (2/3 of nhl's best line)
    Lecavalier/Richards/St. Louis (all Tbay line)
    Smyth/Thornton/Morrow (Checking line)

    Yes, I know I'm without:

    Lemieux
    Crosby
    Yzerman
    Nash
    Doan
    Bertuzzi
    Savard
    Tanguay
    Murray

But I made my team based on who is playing the best now...in all honesty, none of those guys deserve to be on the team based on this season, with the possible exception of Savard and Tanguay.

i don't keep you around just cuz you used to be good (Lemieux, Yzerman), or you will be great (crosby) you have to earn your spot now.

I don't want to sound like a thread hijacker, but seriously, did you really have to create yet another thread about Canada's lines? Check out the other threads in this section, there are hundreds of posts with possible lineups.
