I don't think this has been done before but post a team of your favorite players of all time. Try to make sure they are in right position as well.

    Ted Lindsay-Jean Beliveau-Cam Neely
    Clarke Gillies-Phil Esposito-Wendel Clark
    Terry O'Reilly-Bobby Clarke-Trevor Linden
    Gino Odjick-Doug Gilmour-Bob Probert

    Denis Potvin-Bobby Orr
    Scott Stevens-Larry Robinson
    Don Cherry- Eddie Shore

    Ron Hextall
    Billy Smith

I did mine quick so I'm probably forgetting some people so I might need to edit it but there's mine.

haha, I left Dickie Moore out too. I replaced them with Koivu and Carbo so I still have the habs glasses on. I felt as if I needed to include some of my favorite guys that I've actually seen live.

The list is actually a compromise between favs and guys who have to be there (ie. Gretzky, Lemieux, Orr.)

GBC, when you have that top five man unit out there it might look like the all star game with five guys all inside the hashmarks!

On the other hand, imagine having Horton and Stevens on the ice at the same time! Ouch!

Can't believe I forgot Garry Unger. He'd have to be there, probably as my 4th line centre.

Oh this is a fun idea, of course for me it ends up being very modern due to my age (26) and my favourite team (Edmonton).

Mark Messier - Wayne Gretzky - Jari Kurri (how can I not?)
Ryan Smyth - Doug Weight - Ales Hemsky (modern Oiler magic)
Petr Klima - Steve Yzerman - Daniel Alfredsson
Esa Tikkanen - Craig MacTavish - Claude Lemieux

    Kevin Lowe - Doug Harvey
    Brian Leetch - Denis Potvin
    Wade Redden - Jason Smith

    Curtis Joseph
    Mike Liut

    Coach: Glen Sather
    Asst: John Muckler
    Asst: Jacques Martin

    Captain: Mark Messier
    Alternate Captain: Steve Yzerman
    Alternate Captain: Kevin Lowe

  20. Good idea for the thread. Looking at each person's line-up gives you an idea of just about when they started following the sport.

John LeClair - Eric Lindros - Mikael Renberg
Rick MaCleish - Bobby Clarke - Tim Kerr
Sami Kapanen - Keith Primeau - Rick Tocchet
Rod Brind'amour - Michal Handzus - Cam Neely

Mark Howe - Ed Van Impe
Eric Desjardins - Derian Hatcher (from back when he was in Dallas)
    Jason Smith - Dan McGillis

    Ron Hextall

  22. Marian Gaborik-Sergei Fedorov-Marian Hossa
    Ilya Kovalchuk-Keith Primeau-Peter Bondra
    Slava Kozlov-Brian Rolston-Trevor Linden
    Taylor Pyatt-Doug Gilmour-Erik Cole

HM: Ron Francis, Dave Andreychuk, Steve Yzerman, Markus Naslund

    Nicklas Lidstrom-Brian Leetch
    Tomas Kabrele-Frantisek Kabrele
    Steve McCarthy-Kevin Bieksa

    HM: Scott Stevens

    Roberto Luongo
    Kari Lehtonen
    Pasi Nurminen

    HM: Felix Potvin, Arturs Irbe

    Captain: Doug Gilmour
    Alternate: Keith Primeau
    Alternate: Peter Bondra

    Coach: Pat Burns

Some of the defensemen are on their offwing, simply because I had a hard enough time as it was to choose my favorite defensemen.

My list is probably the most modern in the thread, I wasn't really old enough to understand hockey until the mid 90's.
