Not necessarily the traditional Male-Female duets... But defintely two of my favorites growing up. Even as a kid I could understand the feeling between the singers in the tracks.

If you're going for an MJ/Paul duet, Say Say Say is about 3 million times better.

The Girl is Mine is the song you skip on Thriller!
Not for me, I absolutely LOVED this song as a kid. Listened to it on repeat again and again!

Damn, forgot my absolute favorite; "Learn from us very much, look at us, but do not touch...". I think Lee Hazelwood enjoyed his psychedelics back then!

Though not my favorite, it's certainly the most memorable...

Perhaps mistakenly, I took "duets" to mean two solo artists coming together for a song

If it's just 2 singers in the same band, Simon & Garfunkel would dominate my list

Duo des Fleurs - Delibes: Lakme. Sabine Devieilhe and Marianne Crebassa. Skip to 1:00 for the goods. I've heard a number of different versions of this, with MANY different vocalists and this one is just perfect.
