Sbisa if he's playing for the Moose within a month, rather than getting to spend his time off in San Diego (I'm a cold weather guy, but even I can't find San Diego weather objectionable).

Well, that or this is just bad news for all parties involved. To be in a situation where Luca Sbisa could offer hope in 2019 is rough.

I remember when NYI claimed Nabokov off waivers when DET signed him, and everyone lost their **** because of it. People speculated he would just retire or go back to Russia rather than report to NYI. He reported, played 3 years there, and never wanted to leave. Good times.
