Pulkkinen's participating depends a lot how many NHL / AHL / other KHL players
Finland will get next world championships.

Also how many players from liiga playoffs and finals
are interested to play next IIHF worlds is one factor as well.

If that was my decision Pulkkinen would be one candidate to make world championships roster
but not a lock on it.
