The desire for a high pick is so ingrained my first instinct was to go #1 but of course it's #2.

I'm tired of the crossing-the-fingers and hoping for the best. We've been doing that for a decade. I want guarantees or as close to them as possible. Increase the odds and take 1st overall.

Hands down 1

a 20 game run means little overall , just look at calgs kids last year to this.

just like I won't be freaking out if they don't produce much in those 20 games, it literally means nothing

I think what I'm trying to have people decide is the narrative/experience of the tank and first overall pick or actually realizing the rebuild may be further ahead than people may be comfortable with.

Yes but you put in the

"and win the lottery"

that part alone , should be enough to make it a landslide vote.

a top 4 pick is after all the "reward" for enduring this "pain",no?

you laid out the gold medal prize:laugh:
