Much like Chiarelli with the Bruins there appears to be two eras of his tenure. The spectacular and the horrible.

I've always felt Rutherford excels at *tweaking* rosters to put them over the top, but lacks with rosters that need more *building*.

I’m having trouble understanding why so many here voted Dubas worse than Benning. Perhaps one (or more) of these voters could explain their rational for Dubas being worse than Benning, because I just don’t see it.

And yet, he has more votes than Jim Benning??
A man who won absolutly nothing since he's in Vancouver?

Again, he has so many negatives. THe "Cups" doesn't make him great at all.

Dorian or Benning, wouldn't have Bergevin as the worst either but it's tough for me to really separate the bottom few.

The Bergevin thing was more because a Habs fan posted the first one. If it would've been a Leafs, Canucks, or Flames fan then Dubas, Benning, or he who Trevels would have won.
