I have no idea how you can put that Red Sox & Rangers team on there. Not even close.

MUCH bigger than all that was this year's NBA Finals.

2004 Champions League Quarter finals.

AC Milan won the 1st leg 4-1 against Deportivo La Coruña, which means they would have had to lose the 2nd leg 4-0 to be eliminated.
They lost 4-0....

What about the CL Final where Liverpool came back from 3-0 at HALFTIME to win. Also against AC Milan

Texas then followed it up in 2012 by blowing a 5-game lead with 9 left (also up 2 with 3 games left) to lose the division on the final day to the A's.

How does the Bruins collapse in 2010 not get included in this list? :help:

Part of it is ESPN, part of it was that it was too early in the playoffs, and part of it was the narrative (the Bruins came back to win the Cup the next year, so it didn't hurt as bad since it hockey and nobody really cares to begin with says ESPN).

I think to call it a collapse would be unfair on AC Milan. Liverpool had a purple 15 mins after half time where every shot seemed to go in and brought them back to 3-3, then they got battered in extra time, their goalie made a string of unbelievable saves, and they won on penalties.

I don't know if it's fair to call what happened to Dan Jansen in the '88 Olympics a collapse (or failure or anything like that) but it was definitely the most heart wrenching "loss" I've seen.
