The last grouping of the 2006 World Junior Championships starts today. It consists of six teams. Estonia was relegated from Div I last year to Div II, and Mexico won Div III last year for promotion into Div II.
The teams are Estonia, Korea, Croatia, China, Serbia and Montenegro, and Mexico. Scores are starting to appear at the official link here:
