I wonder why people are so obsessed with point totals. As if an en assist makes any much of a difference

That was a very mature play by Guhle.

He looks incredibly steady out there, really proud of him honestly, especially after seeing less ice time last game,
He's paying his dues and will have an even bigger role next year, hope he caps off this first experience with a Gold.

according czech posters Dobes was invited to camp but had trouble getting there from the US (i assume due to covid) so he opted to just stay with his team. The posters said he would have had a good shot to start. it's on the wjc board in the czech team thread.

Nothing wrong with a little offensive contribution,and at 18 no less

Go check Subbans 0's across the board when he was 18
The stats aren't the be all end all but it's still nice to see SOME kind of numbers to go along with steady play

He doesn’t seem to be a very flashy player but is very steady and makes the safe play. One year older will also make a big difference to his game for sure.

I'm just happy for our prospect. Jeez what is so wrong about being happy about that? Would you prefer he ended up with nothing?
