"I tell you what, watching him (Braden Halladay) warm up in that bullpen... I was managing in 2001 when we sent Roy down to the minor leagues, and watching him warm up in that bullpen..."
So.... like, is that story just not going to go anywhere, Buck?
I’m not suggesting the Jays should have traded their top prospect but this guy is having a great spring.
Ya me neither. We never had a chance to trade for Acuna. He’s as untouchable as Guerrero is. Even more so.I don't understand how the first and second parts of that sentence are related.
You really didn't understand what he was saying here?

I understand what you're reading into the comment, but my "quote" isn't exact, and when Buck actually said it it didn't come across that way. It came across like he was stumbling through the story and then he just stopped.
So they lose santana for probably a month. There starting ss for almost 3 months and sano is still dealing with the sexual assault accusations and injury issues. And the season hasnt even started yetTwins lose their starting SS for 80 games.
I love Stroman, but he should just for once shut the heck up
You sound like a blast at parties.I love Stroman, but he should just for once shut the heck up
Espinoza with 5 hits in 2 games. Ngope did well today. Diaz 0-3. So who starts at SS?

The Phillies have made catcher Cameron Rupp available, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports (subscription required). If they’re unable to find a taker for Rupp in a trade, the Phillies could end up cutting the 29-year-old and eating one-fourth of his $2.05MM salary, per Gelb. Rupp, who saw extensive action in Philadelphia in each of the previous three seasons, has hit .234/.298/.407 in 1,127 major league plate appearances and thrown out 31 percent of would-be base stealers (league average is 28 percent).
