Wings name new Coach introduce players

The Detroit Red Wings lost there coach recently. With that announcment the man everyone expected to take over will. Brent Sutter will be behind the bench for the Wings next season and expects hard work from his boys this season despite the weak roster. The Wings also introduced N.Palmeri, Jared Staal, and Kevin Sunhder none of who are NHL stars but brinf depth and youth the hope is 1 of these 3 will become what was ononce expected of them. Namly Staal and Palmeri who were considered good prospects in there respective draft years.

The Wings states they were not done needed to add more depth including NHL talented. The Wings were asked why no big name FA or NHL talent was signed the respone "price was too high for our targeted guys some went millions over our offers we can't afford that for depth guys"

The Wings announced day 2 signings Carl Soderberg was the big FA landing the 27 year old Swed is expected to make the NHL Bruins next year and perhaps the HFNHL Red Wings next season. The Wings also added Daymond Langkow and Bradley to add depth to the 4th line. The Wings also announced the Offer Sheet to JVR from Carolina the team has a few days to match
