Spits OA winger Dainiel D'amico who scored last night's come from behind game winner at the Soo continues his excellent play of late.
Spits now have won 6 in a row,D'amico has scored 9 goals in those 6 games with at least 1 in everyone one of those games.
As well only 2 overage forwards in the entire Western Conference have scored more then D'amico 's 24 goals this season,Kitchener 's Mike Petizan(30) and Soo forward Ty Kartje(36) both 1st line forwards for their respective teams.
One poster on here once wrote that D'amico was one of the worst oa plus_ minus wingers in the league.
He is a +2 in this category, earlier in the season he was a -12 ,also was playing alot on 3rd line and alot of those guys tend to be more minus then plus especially if team is struggling, now he is up to the 2nd line impressive results.
Doesn’t surprise me. Damico is a hell of a good player.
