Spits in Flint tonight - need to get their mojo back - they have lost their last 3 which is not a good look going into the playoffs.
Flint was in the Soo last night, long bus ride home while we were resting. Flint's last game of the year so you know they will be pumped. Don't know why but these types of things never work out for the Spits. They seem to take the win for granted and don't show up for the game.
Trevor must get them ready for this one. These have to be played like playoff games. This is where the guys with an A on their jersey need to lead the way. If we don't win tonight better put lots of fuel in the bus as it is a long drive to the Soo.

Spits sitting right now with the 6th overall pick in the draft - a win or 2 could move us up as high as 9th. 2 losses would move us to 5th overall pick. I guess the question for this team is do you want to avoid the trip to the Soo or do you want a high pick in the draft? Present versus future is the question?

High pick. We’re not going anywhere this year and need high end talent up front to compete moving forward.

Lots of fan rumors at the game Thursday that the flu bug was running through the dressing room - not sure if this is true or not but any scratches for tonight's game that anyone is aware of? Bus will be leaving soon so thought maybe that info may be out there.

Given how this city has been this winter, I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet.

It seems there is always some sort of flu bug going around on the March break!!, 2 games left....might be a goodtime for some of the guys to cash in a fight or 2!!......Just sayin lol

No time for a fight.
If they get hurt they won't be able to play in the playoffs however long that will be.

No reason/ no excuse.
The Spits should win this one easily. They are, after all, playing one of the OHL's doormats. With nothing to play for except next year I'm expecting
the Flintstones to play a physical game and if so our PP will get a lot of chances...

Windsor doesn't play well against tea.s that are physical.
A win is what they need.

Windsor at Flint
Dipietro starts for Windsor
Kitkevicius and Larionov are back in
Henault comes out.Scheimenz still out with illness.
Last game of season for Flint, looks like a sellout.

First time in flint for a game in about a year and a half, and it seems the production/game day experience has gotten worse. Far bigger crowd than the last time I was here... ticket window said it was close to a sellout.

A win would move them ahead of both East teams in the same range (Ottawa, Mississauga). Reminds me a lot of the 2015 draft when Mississauga won their last game and moved from 2nd to 4th, missing out on taking Ryan McLeod and needing to trade a king's ransom for him. One win is not worth dropping that many spots.

Windsor with a hard fought win tnite
Flint did not make it easy at all.
Dipietro had to make many good saves during the game.
Windsor scored on their opportunities which helped.
A couple of fights in the game also.
Pretty even game.
Now tmrw game will be interesting.
Guelph lost stays at 69.
Windsor wins goes to 68.
Spirit losses in OT gets a point and goes to 67.
Spirit vs Spits tmrw.

What does Windsor do? It can make a difference of 6, 7 or 8 tmrw.

Because Saginaw picked up a point tonight Windsor can't finish 7th,it's ethier 8th if you lose outright tomorrow or 6th if Windsor wins or if they lose in OT to Saginaw.
All three teams including Guelph would have 69 points if Windsor loses in OT.
Windsor wins all the tiebreaker scenarios.
This all happens because Guelph lost tonight in regulation, and Saginaw getting a point vs London.

You posted that at 7pm. Puck drop time. What is you're expecting for "game expierience"? At 7pm? Are you 12? Do you need a bounce house or something? You complained that it was cold before and that were cheerleaders and whatever. You could always try seeing a game in your town of Plymouth instead. They'll be about 3,000+ empty seats to choose from but there's not much "game expierience" there either other than just good hockey which it seems isn't really your thing. My apologies for the hijack to all the other usual Windsor posters....dude just never stops whining about it.
