Why wasn't powerplay time tracked for the New York Rangers in 1997-98?

I was curious to see how much Gretzky played on the powerplay but for some reason New York seems to be the only team where you can't find how much their players played on the powerplay. Any reason for this or where I could find them?

This was when they started tracking it and every team has their players powerplay minutes listed on nhl.com except for them, does anyone know why? I was curious to see what Gretzky's minutes were on the powerplay in those seasons.
