Why aren't Versus games on CI?

  1. Sorry if this has been done before, but why can't versus use CI to expand it's audience? It would kind of make up for the fact that there are plenty of hockey fans out there who don't get it, you can still show the ads and all that, what are the rules about this?

I would think that if it was on CI the Center Ice channel wouldn't count toward the ratings because it is a seperate package. I don't know how it works with Center Ice but I do know that often in these type packages that if you want to watch a local game you have to watch it on the local channel and the Center Ice channel is blacked out (At least with the NFL package). Although if you are in the US and you are able to get Center Ice you probably get or can get Versus. Unless your cbale company in such crap that VS. isn't even a digital channel.
