The problem here is that Jagr, Lidstrom, and Roy basically take a dump on everyone not named McDavid. Feelsbad voting against McDavid but it's team A for me.

Mcdavid is better than Jagr ever was.

I strongly disagree but it's kinda close anyway Hull didn't peak that much lower than McDavid either and Lidström got a case, goalies are hard to compare vs skaters but Roy is certainly up there aswell. So in short quite a few players in the poll were close to or better than McDavid at their peaks.

Just to be clear I am not going to argue if you belive McDavid is the best of the bunch it'a position that is ok to take but it's absolutely close.
