Who are the Swingsteins?

Hey,

There used to be a link that I clicked on and I was lazy and never paid attention to which Swingstein and who they were. The link is gone of the general manager link and I am looking to sign a couple players. Can someone remind me who I am supposed to email for the eastern conference?
