Rangers have Panarin locked up for the next 6 years. Going to have to go with them. I think it's reasonably close though, not ready to write off Hughes-Hischier just yet.

Don't particularly like either team, but Rangers are better now, and will be in the future. They have better top end players now, better prospects, and have the advantage of actually being a desired free agent destination.
