When was the last time a team was involved in 4 straight series with multiple game blown leads?

Need to get this thread in before the playoffs. The Rangers in their last 4 series (over two years): came back from 3-1 down and 2-0 down and blown two 2-0 series leads. When was the last time that happened if ever? Anyone know?

There has to be a time this happened. Maybe. The best I can think of is the Penguins in 1991 and 1992 doing this three times when coming back from 2-0, 3-1 and 2-0 again only to win 11 games in a row to win the Cup. But they never blew a lead up 3-1 around that time.

Well the question wasn't about direction just being involved in such series. Win or lose. Because the Rangers won 2 and lost 2.

The best I can think of spread over a couple of seasons was Vancouver in 2002 blowing a 2-0 series lead to Detroit. Then in 2003 coming back down 3-1 and then the next round blowing a 3-1 lead to Minnesota. They did nothing right in that Minnesota series, even blowing a 2-0 late 2nd period lead in Game 7.
