I don't think anyone has mustered the willpower to consider a Lehtonen/Darling pairing next year, no.

I guess when Dundon (or Waddell, whoever said it recently) said "He is comfortable that we won't be worrying about the goaltending a year from now" he actually means that after a year of Lehtonen/Darling every Canes fan will have either left or committed seppuku.
