Speculation: What would a new arena be named?

There really is no doubt that if we weren’t in the days of corporate naming that it would be called Al Arbour Arena

It can be "The [Company X] Centre at Al Arbour Arena"

Well, there's a little bit of doubt.

Not an expert in this at all, but I wonder if they could sell the naming rights for the entire complex, and then dedicate the arena to Al. Say we call the complex the Amazon Center, we would have: Al Arbour Memorial Arena at the Amazon Center, *hotel chain* at the Amazon Center, Value Retail at the Amazon Center, Matt Sexless Memorial Incubator at the Amazon Center etc.
