That makes Hoke look dumb. He is no where near the coach that Jim is. Fluke play that no one could have seen coming.

It's like saying Saban made the mistake of calling the timeout and arguing for the additional second before we missed it and Auburn ran it back.

Any coach in their right mind would have done the same, just hope the punter is able to let this go better than our Griffith was (he still is awful since that FG return).

I don't think punting was a bad playcall, I question the formation they used even if the punter had handled the snap cleanly. UF did the same thing last year against South Carolina where they had a gunner covering no one and the punt ended up being blocked and Carolina tied it and won it in OT. If they'd run a play and MSU returned a fumble by a back or hit a long FG/hail mary the next play, same people would be second guessing that decision too.

USC wont beat Utah. Utah is going to win a close one, or a blowout. As long as UTAH can put the pigskin into the endzone just alittle bit, they are going to win. USC'S Dfence is bad when one of the Cornerback or Linebackers (i forgot) Is like 300 pounds.

Pretty spooky Halloween atmosphere going on at Dowdy-Ficklen today.

^ Looks like something you'd see in the mountains. 2 CFB games in NC on ESPN tonight, and neither of them involve UNC, NC State, Duke, or Wake.

What about that Cal and UCLA game? I was strongly leaning on betting Cal but I've seen them once and they lost a close one to Utah. I've seen UCLA 3 times. Once they looked good. Once they got wrecked BT Stanford and once they lost a close one to Arizona State. I know they have a freshman QB

It is interesting that the line has moved since last night. Two upsets in a night would be something. East Carolina is better than their record. They played Florida tough and scored 24 on that D

4:00 left in the 3rd, currently leading 24-7 and holding the nation's leading rushing team to 99 yards on the ground. Can we get another shot at Clemson next week

Wow - UCLA is jumping all over Cal, and East Carolina is ahead of Temple late. Two upsets on a Thursday? Yes please!

Temple down 14-10 with 6 minutes left. I thought the score would be higher, but would be a damn shame for Temple who took forever to get ranked.

Temple scores again, and looks to be safely ahead. Good to see them pull one out of the fire. Bring Gameday to Philly!

31-13 final and it wasn't really as close as that score indicated. GSU scored with 3:00 to go and we finished the game on their 1. Bowl eligible in our first opportunity. What sponorship bowl are we going to (after winning out). I vote fanduel.com bowl. Use promo code: Mountaineers
