Slate begins Friday with Florida State @ Louisville, and Air Force @ Wyoming

The featured games:

Big Noon is in Lincoln as Nebraska begins the post-Scott Frost era by welcoming Oklahoma in the latest renewal of a dormant/doormat rivalry.

2 ranked matchups include BYU @ Oregon on Fox in the mid-afternoon, and Miami @ aTm which is a 9pm ET start for some reason, on ESPN with Chris and Kirk.

The SEC on CBS begins with Penn State visiting Auburn for the back end of their home-and-home.

Sparty goes to Washington for the prime time ABC game.

And USC goes after dark hosting Fresno State.

Hate that we play NDSU this weekend.

We should never schedule FCS opponents again. Never.

TX spent $280K on Archie's visit!
Archie and the other recruits. Like 9 of them in total. Each recruit can bring 3 family members making it up to 36 people. Like $7.8k per person over what like 3/4 days?

Teams recruiting budgets aren’t cheap. I remember I think last years or the year prior. Georgia spends a ton

@GKJ If you want to earn enough $$$ to pay off all of Deshaun Watson's legal fees then go with The Bear (who was 2-1 again last week) on these contests:

Oregon-3.5 vs BYU
CSU+17 vs Washington State
Tulane+14 vs Kansas State

By the way, I do not want to do that. He can pay his own.

Celebrity Picker: Country music star & App State alum Luke Combs, who obviously likes his alma mater to beat Troy.

Lee: First puts a yuuuuuge smile on my face by picking my beloved U as his "superdog" AND to outright beat aTm tonight!! :handclap: Says the mascots name is Yousef......says Troy has no chance as he dons Yousef! :biglaugh:

Has there been a bunch of penalties, because I haven't paid a ton of attention to this game, but I feel like i've seen oklahoma score 6 touchdowns but it's only 21-7, yet writers on twitter are saying nebraska is good now?

it's not like scoring points was nebraska's problem

TD Dogs. Beautiful catch by Bowers, he’s a beast at TE.

21-0

Georgia is the class of the NCAA, far and away the best team to my eyes.

Someone just had to tackle an Oklahoma receiver to save another touchdown
