Bears can be better than last season, but still be last place in the NFC North. I expect both Min and Det to be better and GB, overall the roster is solid, just need to see how Love handles being QB1.

Well, optimistic being relative to how I usually feel about the Bears going into a new season.
Some may say I'm a dreamer but I think they're capable of finishing better than DFL
