Nothing he said is wrong.

The fact that they are about to get eliminated, once again by a 2nd-3rd stringer, shows how awful their D & goaltending is.

5 years and Holland made no upgrades in net or D.
Nurse is pretty much untradeable, the next GM should unload Bouchard while his value is high for a more suitable defenceman. Ekholm being the only defenceman who doesn’t needs a babysitter beside him isn’t a winning strategy.

If Edmonton can’t do some damage in the conference finals this year, they need to look at some kind of impactful shakeup.

Isn't it lovely that the only time two Canadian fan bases can be friendly is when another could be eliminated from the playoffs?

Sure but Adin Hill won a Stanley Cup for Vegas last year. If he played more games he probably grabs the Conn Smyth too. And everyone is already talking as if this series is over.

Whichever team loses tonight I hope it’s not because of a blatantly blown call like in last nights Colorado-Dallas game. Neither fanbase deserves that as both are passionate and have stuck with their teams through thick and thin. Mostly thin!
Let it be a relatively well reffed game and let the chips fall where it they may.

Hopefully the Canucks can finish it off tonight. The Oilers' barn is going to be rocking and McDrai will be on a mission. Hope Miller is up to the task one more time!

Get an early one on Skinner and get some doubt into his psyche. Peterrsson needs to follow up one strong game with another.

McDavid isn't on a mission, he said it's just a regular game.

The rhetoric that we can expect Skinner to "bounce back" now is a bit suspect. He was a .905sv% goalie in the regular season. Returning to form for him means returning to mediocrity.
Agreed. As is the narrative that Silovs has been stealing games. He’s playing well above expectations but he’s got pretty average numbers. Canucks are full value for the one game lead.

No Pickard and no Perry, I'm guessing the Canucks win on a controversial call and Oilers have a full meltdown and demand the team gets blown up.

Perry has looked pretty slow and ineffective in this series, I think him sitting is probably a good move. His most notable contributions haven't even been during the run of play.
