no tanev and guentzel like player really exposed the canucks lack of depth this playoffs. Rotating lafferty, Mik, Suter in the top 6 aint it. Doesnt help EP is not himself

Sorely lacking another top 6 scorer and a dman like tanev could really help.

A lot to look at in the offseason

yeah the going halfway in thing was a real misstep imo. as soon as they closed the lindholm deal they should have been trying to figure out how to get rid of mikheyev's contract and bring in a top line winger. there was no point in giving up the assets they did for expiring assets (lindholm and to a lesser extent zadorov) if they weren't going to commit. willander and maybe even lekkerimaki should have been on the table
