Special teams will decide this series.....you know Nashville will try to slow the Canucks down with physical play and they're bound to take penalties. If the Canucks can get their PP untracked, they could have a huge edge.

But what does it matter who you play in the first round? There's always an upset or two in the first round series.....and with NHL parity, just about anybody can beat anybody. Look at Seattle last year. They beat the Av's and went another seven against Dallas.

Man, I can't wait to see the playoff versions of: Miller, Hughes, Hoglander, Demko, Zadorov, Joshua and Garland.

Edit: I guess Petey is allowed to party too, maybe Brock Boeser as well, sure, why not.

Probably the best matchup we could've asked for as fans.

Not sure we match up better with them than the Kings, but this series promises to be exciting to watch, which I can't say about an LA series. No one wants to play Vegas round 1 with Stone coming back (shocker) for game 1.

Biggest X-factor is what version Saros shows up. If its last years version, the Canucks could be in trouble. If it's this years version, I think we'll be just fine.

The games can't come soon enough!

The Canucks take this. Better high end talent, forward depth, defensive depth, and goaltending. Only way I see this going the other way is if the powerplay shits the bed. Petey and Hughes tend to have their way with the preds.
