Yeah. He's going a little too much Kesler mode here. Where you can tell he wants to make a difference, but he's not exactly doing it intelligently.

It's the way the league is going but Demko is rightfully going to ask for a raise so it's going to be hard.

Fortunately, if Silovs is a guy...you might have that dirt cheap tandem partner to offset for a while. But this is why you keep the goaltender pipeline flowing. Gotta draft and develop them many years before you need 'em.
