I'd love to see him play, but I don't know about throwing him into a playoff series with everything that could be working against him like the smaller ice and lack of actual practice time with the team since they're just doing skate arounds in practice now.

However, Olympic teams used to get like five days together prior to playing and they seemed to do okay. I usually have an opinion one way or the other on these things. For this one, I just don't know.

Also, I heard on NHL Radio that the team that scores first in Game 7 has a .744 winning percentage, which is pretty huge.

So, hoping for early at the very least, if not often.

They lost the 2 last games (when Jones wasn't trash) maybe it's time to try something. It's not like the team had scored a lot lately... Makar and Texier had an impact on their team why Gusev could not?
