What's your opinion on Koivunen Jesse? Think he can make the jump to the NHL by 25-26? He progressed rather nicely this season in Finland.

Once his Moose Jaw season ends, rumor is he'll sign an ATO for this season, followed by his ELC.

He signed a couple of years ago. Since he's stayed in Europe, the entry level contract slid until he turned 20. All of this is on CapFriendly.

He signed with the Canes in 2021, his contract has already slided 2 years from 2021 to 2023. He has two years left and will be an RFA in 2026

The Wheeling Nailers will be playing game five of their first round series on Saturday at the Lemieux Complex in Cranberry.

It's the closest playoff hockey has been to Pittsburgh in a couple of seasons in case anyone has an interest in going. The Nailers can advance to round two with a win.

A very desultory game for WBS tonight, losing 2-1. Nobody looked particularly interested, no intensity, scored on one lucky shot that almost got stopped. You'd never know that it was a playoff game.

Could have been a lot worse on the scoreboard, as LV hit about 4 posts.
