What are these lines....

Smith-Turris-Hoffman (Two natural left wingers...)
Ryan-Brassard-Stone (two natural right wingers...)
Pyatt-Thompson-Pageau (two centers and a LW...)
Dzingel-Brown-Burrows (I actually like this one)

Maybe it's all about setting up the trailing forward after the zone entry.

Smith isn't a natural LW

Yeah, agreed on not having an issue.

It's the first game of the season - If it works, it works. If not, we change it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I'm not sure about Pageau as a winger, and having both Ryan and Hoffman play their off-wing just seems odd. I didn't pay a lot of attention to pre-season, where any of these combo's tried out? Stone and Ryan both seem like playmaking wingers to me, while Hoffman and Smith are more shooters, so again, seems odd. Maybe it all works, if so, great. It's just not at all what I expected (I also never expected Chabot to be used exclusively as a RD)

Are you saying you're a better coach than Boucher?!?!

(I'm just kidding - there will be some questions if these lines suck)

Micklebot said:
Boucher just put all his favourite players on one line. That line will see a lot of Ovechkin.

I heard he hired Chris Kelly and Erik Condra to coach that one line.

Do you even need to ask? My machine learning algorithms were taught using the finest coaches in Sens history, from Sparky Allison, to Dave Cameron! There was a blackout during the Martin and Murray years though....

Just read the Sens will have a house band this season? I actually kind of like that idea, not sure how many people will agree with me though.

They are having a vote to name the band.

Here are the Senators choices:
1. Coast to Coast
2. Hat Trick
3. Missing Chiclets
4. 1883

Here are Jay's choices:
1. The Alfies Featuring Alfie Zappacosta
2. These Are Your Karlsson Years
3. Bare Fax

Here are Dan's choices:
1. Peter Sidorkiewicz
2. Bonk-A-Palooza
3. Blue Line Rodeo
