From my experience with the Sharks Store when I bought an authentic retro anniversary jersey they did stitched lettering and numbering for me upon request. Well they did put this in the description:

Google voice has free unlimited calling and text messaging to both the US and Canada. I have been using their account/number for years. Pretty cheap to call international numbers as well. I pay only 2 cents a minute to call India.
